Works great! Fast and easy to use. Holds a good amount of ice. It does run a little loud but it’s solid for the price!

If reliability and customer support are important to you, look elsewhere. My ECozy ice maker lasted almost exactly one year before quitting; apparently, “planned obsolescence” is the only feature they engineered to perfection. When it failed, I reached out to customer service expecting help; silly me. What I actually got was a masterclass in avoidance: canned scripted replies, absolutely useless suggestions, and the unmistakable impression that their real business model is running out the clock until your warranty (and patience) expires. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

update; 16 months later, the fan is starting to make noise. I’m hoping that they send a replacement or I can repair it. Stay tuned.
