Works like a charm- nice long lasting cubes.  Quickly makes quite a few.  Only drawback is need to chop apart cubes from sheet.

We have had this ice maker for at least 2 months now and is working great! The ice is solid and clear all the way through and not filled with air bubbles like some ice you get from your fridge or store that melts too fast. Also makes ice fast too!

I was searching for a new ice maker when I moved out of my previous place and gave up my freezer with ice-making capabilities a few years back. After doing tons of research I landed on this model because it makes cubed ice that is fully dense without the holes that cause bullet ice to collapse and melt so quickly. I used this ice maker without fail for multiple years. I just bought my second one and when it stopped working a month into use I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful and responsive with troubleshooting and even sent me a new machine. I will always return to this brand and will likely buy many more of these in the future!

I purchased two of these for my mobile coffee shop. One of them malfunctioned within a two month span. The store replaced with no hassle and treated the situation professionally. Both machines are operating perfectly and they put out ice fast!

Noise is very quiet. Holds a lot of water close to a gallon does not need refilled often. Love these units

I bought this ice maker over a month ago. I repolace a Newair Bullet Ice maker that made 35 lbs of ice per day. While I liked that icemaker, This one blows it away. I originally wanted a sonic type nugget ice maker but decided to try tis one out. I was not disappointed, It makes ice fast and not just 5 cibes at a time, it make an entire glass of ice and the ice is clear and somehow makes the drinks colder than the other icemaker did. Newair made a great machine and it lasted for over 3 years running constantly but after a gentle internal cleaning, it stopped working. Not sure why. This machine has an auto clean function and is very easy to clean. You can also invert a water bottle on top filled with your favorite water and it will auto feed from the jug. Much like a water cooler. For the speed of ice maker and price, it is well worth it. Also, it keeps the ice frozen for a very long time. The only negative is that the ice tends to freeze in thicker sheets so they do not easily break apart. The plastic scoop is much sturdier than the previous machine but i use an small aluminum ice hammer which does a much better job. It would be nice to ave an adjustable timer but the ice is great.

Items does exactly what it’s supposed to do.  Makes ice.  Great product.

I had different verities of ice makers though the years this works pretty good highly recommended to anybody that wants a smaller size machine.

Update, the seller sent a replacement which arrived in two days. This is exceptional customer service.

I purchased this on 7/11/24. Worked good until today. It has started growling loudly. Tried sending a message the seller but not sure it was sent. At this point, this wasn’t a good purchase.

Super loud. You won't want to have this in your house. We have it in the garage and the noise still bothers me bc it's not continuous it goes on and off and is super annoyingly loud.

This ice machine is terrific! Very fast. My freezer is full of ice. Very easy to use.  It makes regular square ice cubes. I fill it with tap water to use in a cooler for picnics, and bottles water for use in drinks. I don’t know I did without it. I tried a few and this is by far the best. I’m Edith from Arizona

Ours works great except for the screeching noise. Thinking of putting it in the laundry room. Makes a large amount of ice very quickly for our drinks as well as stocking the cooler. Cleaning cycle is also easy. Customer service replaced the noisy one and it’s working great!

Used this unit for camping. Easy to use and makes ice as advertised. Have to break up some of the sheets because we like more solid cubes for longer lasting ice in beverages. The count down for the completion of the next harvest of ice is nice too. Would definately buy again. Great value for the money. Built good and looks good on the counter.

At first, I didn’t understand this ice maker. I had used several other types and this is different. It comes with ice bags because it makes lots of ice very fast. You need to bag it up and freeze it or put it into ice chests. Remove all the ice every night and turn it off. Don’t leave it to melt. If it makes screaming noises, put it through the cleaning cycle. Twice if necessary. If you don’t leave it on overnight with a load of ice in it, it won’t need the cleaning cycle for a long time. The instructions won’t tell you all this. It takes some experience. We were dissatisfied with ours at first and were going to send it back, but after some experimenting, we decided to keep it. Glad we did. Now we have two. Great for filling ice chest for fishing or camping trips. Also, you need to figure out how long to freeze the blocks of cubes before they fall. It depends on your machine and your house temperature. -3 min for my house at 78 deg F.

Started making weird squealing noises sometimes, usually at the beginning of the each usage, but works well and has saved us a bunch of money and inconvenience. Much cheaper than repairing fridge ice maker.
Also fan noise is a bit louder than I would prefer during normal operation. Otherwise has performed well enough over 5 months of operation.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and needed lots of ice all day for several weeks I really like this machine. It produces a small tray of ice about every 13 to 15 minutes.  The only downside is that it can run a little hot if the temperature is above 78-80 degrees or so. The compressor can heat up and make loud noises so I just shut it down until it cools off. Very happy with this machine.

Update: Customer service is very helpful. We tried troubleshooting the issues and when nothing fixed it they sent a replacement. I received the replacement within 3 days and it is now up and running quietly and I have frozen ice.

I was so excited about this machine after reading the good reviews. I loved the machine when it worked. However after 2 months it started making a very loud noise, and the ice wasn’t staying frozen. So disappointing.

Upgraded our smaller 26 lbs per day to this one.  We were running out of ice couple times a day.  Not anymore & there’s six of us.  Ice doesn’t melt as fast as old machine as cubes are solid.  I like it!  4 stars only because I haven’t run cleaning cycle yet.  Will see.

It’s 3 months in and it’s still going strong with no problems whatsoever. I’m still in love with this icemaker. Just found out I can use 3 gallon water bottles on top to auto fill the reservoir (see photo) which makes an already excellent product even better! I only wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

This is at least my fourth countertop ice maker. I’ve had 2 bullets, a nugget (Sonic ice) and now this one that produces square cubes. This he is an absolute GAME CHANGER. It’s whisper quiet..the only noise o ever hear is that of the ice dropping. I only hear that when the collection basket is empty. The water reservoir and collection basket have oversized capacity so I’m not constantly having to refill the water tank and clear the ice from the basket like with previous machines. The ice itself ejects as a rectangular, segmented single “sheet” of cubes that are easily broken apart with the scoop or an ice pick. The cubes produced are SOLID and come out completely frozen vs. others that have holes in the middle or come out feeling very wet. They don’t melt in my drinks whereas previous models melted the second they hit my glass. I put ice in my tumbler around 10pm and there’s still ice the next day (12 hours later). If you’re not familiar with countertop ice makers, this is unheard of! It has a timer you can program, as well as a genius feature that allows you to shorten or increase the standard 13 minute intervals between ice dumps. This means the ice has more more time to freeze making it harder and last longer. The ice in the basket stays frozen for hours! It’s a complete game changer…

Great Machine.

I bought this machine in hopes that I could keep my son’s cold therapy machine filled with ice after his ACL Reconstruction surgery. It does this and more! It showed up on the day of his surgery, 10/16/24 and it’s been running constantly, every day, without a hitch.
I’ve turned it up to the longest cycle for the solid cubes and it still produces a full reservoir of ice every two hours, which is plenty to keep the cold therapy machine full. I store the extra in the freezer in the provided bags.
If I am busy and unable to empty the machine, the ice triggers a lever which causes the machine to pause until it’s emptied which is very convenient.
The only thing that a tad bit annoying about it, is it makes more like “bars of ice” instead of ice cubes, and they need to be broken.
This could be because I have it turned to the longest freeze cycle. I have not tried a shorter cycle yet. It’s really nothing but a sharp pop on the floor in a bag to break t up perfectly. You would have to do this with stir bough ice anyway.
The machine isn’t too noisy, it looks good on the counter top, and refilling it is a breeze with a gallon pitcher.
The controls are easy to understand and I’d recommend this product to anyone.

I am impressed at the ice this machine makes! Nice, clear, cubed ice within minutes! Bought it caused I got tired of ice running out at the store and really glad I did!
