Ecozy products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

To activate additional coverage, we encourage you to register your product through our Extended Warranty page upon receipt. Eligible registrations may receive an additional year of warranty coverage, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
Normal wear and cosmetic damage
Damage caused by external events, including fire, flooding, power surges, or natural disasters
Lost, stolen, or discarded products
Products without valid proof of purchase
