Trouble Shooting

1. What size water supply hose is needed for the sphere ice maker?

The product includes a 0.24" (OD), 6.56ft water supply hose featuring a 1/4" straight connector. For replacements, make sure the hose matches these specifications.

2. How do I properly drain the machine?

The drain outlet is located at the bottom of the machine. Simply unplug the drain plug to release the water. This outlet is not compatible with a drain hose.

3. Why does water overflow at the back of the machine?

Overflow can occur if too much water is added manually. To prevent this, install the provided 0.32" (ID), 4.92ft drain hose.The tank has a capacity of up to 0.45 gallons when filled manually, though overflow is typically avoided when using the water supply hose.

4. Why I put the clean cycle, the water leaks from bottom of front door?

Ensure the bottom water drain plug is secure and the ice basket is correctly installed before adding water. The water tray helps minimize countertop leaks.
