Troubleshooting

Issue Possible Cause(s) Solution
Solid
add water
ADD WATER
Low water level Add clean drinking water to the tank, push it back, and retry. lf the issue persists, the water level sensor may malfunction. Contact customer support.
Clogged filter at the bottom of the water tank Remove and clean the filter.
Water pump malfunction Contact customer support.
Water level detection error Dry the outside of the water tank and the surface of the water level sensor in the ice basket.
Flashing
add water
ADD WATER
Dispense the water while water level is low Add clean drinking water to the tank and push it back.
Solid
clean
ICE FULL
Ice basket is full Dispense ice until the ice level in the basket is below the sensor.
Infrared sensor malfunction. Contact customer support.
Solid
no ice making
CLEAN
Cleaning required Run a self-cleaning cycle. Or, press and hold both the CLEAN button and ICE MAKING button for 3 seconds to turn off the indicator.

TDS
TDS level exceeds 200, the TDS indicator turns yellow, otherwise, it remains white If the ice maker is working normally,no action is needed. If it's not working properly-such as making unusualsounds,making slushy ice or not producing ice-replace the water with purified water(TDS<200) like bottled water.
No ice produced/
low ice production
Poor heat dissipation Leave a minimum clearance of 6inches (15 cm) between the air outlet and nearby obstacles.
High water temperature Replace water with a temperature between 46°F and 82°F (8°C-28°C).
High ambient temperature Place the ice maker in an environment with a temperature between 50°F and 90°F (10°C-32°C).
Ice-making system malfunction Contact customer support.
No ice dispensed/
slow dispensing
Ice is stuck at the dispensing spout 1. Press the ICE button to stop ice dispensing and wait about 3 seconds. Pressthe ICE button again.
2. Press the ICE button to stop ice dispensing, and ensuretherary component beneath the ice basket has stopped.Open the transparent cover and use a tool to clear any stuck ice.
Transmission mechanism malfunction Contact customer support.
Noise occurs while removing the water tank
Water pump is working The noise will stop automatically after 3 seconds.

Ambient temperature sensor malfunction Unplug and replug the machine. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Display shows "OPEN"
The water tank is not fully inserted Gently push the tank inward until a soft click is heard, indicating proper installation. Once correctly installed, the "OPEN" message will disappear.
