Trouble Shooting
The machine is not making ice?
Check if the water reservoir is empty and ensure the ice basket is correctly placed. Also, check if the infrared sensor is blocked by ice.
What does the "Add Water" light mean?
The water level is below the minimum required. Please refill the reservoir with clean water up to the MAX line.
Machine is making a loud noise?
Ensure the machine is on a level surface. A slight humming is normal during the compressor's operation. If it's a grinding noise, please contact support.
The ice cubes are sticking together?
This happens if the ice is left in the basket for too long. Use the self-cleaning function regularly to maintain peak performance.
How to reset the smart sensor?
Unplug the unit for 10 minutes, then plug it back in. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to re-initialize the sensors.
