The water tank may not be properly installed. Push the water tank firmly into place and restart.

2. Why does the ICE FULL indicator light turn on even when there's no ice?

It indicates the machine is in protection mode. It will resume working in about 1 hour. If this happens frequently, please run the self-cleaning program.
