Trouble Shooting
- Make sure the power plug is securely inserted, then press the Power button.
- If there's a short circuit or power outlet issue, check your power supply.
- If the problem persists, contact customer support.
- Press the Power button if it wasn’t pressed initially.
- After connecting to power, the display will briefly light up; then press the Power button to turn on the machine.
- If the machine is in standby mode (after 25 minutes of inactivity), press the Power button to turn it on.
- Make sure the water tank is filled and properly installed.
- Remove the red protective silicone plug from the water tank if present.
- Ensure the Brew/Manual button is pressed correctly.
- Check if the coffee mode is selected correctly and press the Brew/Manual button to start brewing.
- If the problem continues, contact customer support.
- Coffee grind too coarse → Use a finer grind.
- Insufficient coffee dose → Use the recommended dosage.
- Under-tamping → Apply firm, even pressure when tamping.
- Coffee grind too fine → Use a coarser grind.
- Over-tamping → Reduce tamping pressure.
- Clogged brew head → Clean the brew head with the provided cleaning pin.
- Ensure the machine is properly preheated before brewing.
- Preheat your cup with hot water.
- Water leakage from the tank: Check for proper tank installation and any cracks; reinstall properly.
- Water leakage from the drip tray: Empty the drip tray.
- Water leakage from the machine base: Contact customer support for internal leakage.
- Basket not installed properly → Reinstall basket correctly.
- Too much coffee residue → Reduce coffee dosage.
- Improper portafilter installation → Insert and rotate firmly to the right.
- Press the Steam button.
- Wait for the Ready indicator to light up.
- Turn the knob to release steam.
- After use, return the knob to the off position.
- Press the Steam button twice.
- Wait for the Ready indicator to light up.
- Turn the knob to release hot water.
- After use, return the knob to the off position.
- Check if the tank has water. Fill if empty.
- Clean the steam or hot water nozzle if clogged.
- For machine malfunctions, contact customer support.
- Ensure you are using low-protein milk.
- Use milk at 39–42°F (4–6°C).
- Make sure your frothing technique is correct.
-This is normal for overheating protection. Wait 1 minute and restart.
- Hold the Clean button for 3 seconds, then press Brew to start descaling.
- If no clean reminder, you can still hold the Clean button for 3 seconds and press Brew to start descaling.
